This is not my first blog, this is actually my 4th blog (I had an account five years ago in Friendster, Multiply and Blogspot -- all of those I've deleted already because of tardiness issue).I went back to blogging world not because it's treding, but because it kinda frustrates me sometimes when I have nowhere to post my thoughts..Am a Baking & Pastry Arts student major in French Macaron, Chocolates and how to eat them, too Chos! ♥
I am a frustrated Journalist, did not went to college to pursue my love for sugar, spice and everything nice. (sometimes, I still imagine myself as Karen Davila--hindi bagay!)
I am as stoic as tenacious as a cookie monster (always subtle, always with sharp memory and literally a cookie jerk)
someone whose life depend on the trails of UP Oval, a book, a piece of paper to doodle, an oven or chocolate thermometer, and korean movie for contentment

| I was so fascinated with the cake that as a child I decided to bake cakes for the world when I grow up |
Someday I will travel the world like mum used to especially Paris just to eat a macaron, and buy myself a pink channel and black balenciaga bag, and make my mum say "you grew up so well" when we meet again:)

| Papa's little girl |
I like dancing with my father even there's no music, he like it that way always. Around his arms I'll forever be a child. I'm a crazy girl I'm always hungry, I also like to be a pastry chef and work in a kitchen with retractable roof.I like solidarity, it keeps me a private person.I like being candid around gay people.I will name my first child "Sofi" if she happens to be a girl.I love eating anything spicy, i find it cool.I think Milk tea and Coffee Jelly is addicting. When I get 60, I'll plant mint, rosemary, thyme and basil on my backyard.I love Poco and Doggie, and my blanket.
I love Pierre Herme like Danny O'Donnoghue and Orlando Bloom, as much as I love my crazy nieces
If I were a pastry, I am a Macaron -- so delicate, so beautiful inside and out, sweet, made with passion and drives people nostalgic, as if it brings back a happy memory.
I patterned my life to becoming a Pastry Chef, World Pastry Cup contender, teacher, writer and yes, a wife and a mother.
