One day, I'm going to write my own book and have a really nice dedication page for all the jackass people I love. And to be able to achieve that (an effective Pastry Chef-Author) I must bake, I must eat, I must read, I must compete, I must travel. Coz one day I must write.  It starts this year!

I always dream of becoming a Pastry Chef, but few people knew that I also aspire to become an author. I might not took Journalism for college, but the world of Culinary is so vast that it has a branch for Food Writing. In time, this blog will focus not on food reviews, but on my memoirs of creating beautiful desserts, eating good food, sharing them with my favorite people and telling story of the traditions, cultures and history that came along the great dish. Food Writing is not just for writing food reviews, sometimes it is telling stories. This is my first course :)

Eating is traveling through the palate, and each travel leads us to our own experience.
