Yey!

This year's Philipinne Culinary Cup is my come back to Plated Desserts ( last joined the Hong Kong Culinary Classics 2011), these are basically the sum of few snapshots from my friends.

In this entry, I would like to express my gratitude to my Le Petit Cheri family, Mrs. Edna Y. Cureg, my babies Lyn, Pooch and Erica..the inevitable Aiza, Marvin and Marlon.l. I would also like to say thank you to my co chefs, Christian and MJ, the LPC Admins Ms. Lany, Mamita, Ms. Jen..drivers Kuya Neri and Kuya Benny. For the entire LPC gang, you are all crazies! thank you for the warmest support at all aspects, may it be financial down to the least things like ironing my uniform.

I would also like to say thank you again to that one hot mamal Chef Jackie, I was able to send her my letter already, so I would like to keep that private.:) again, you are a wonderful person, I'm so lucky and inspired that I got to learn from you.

I would also like to thank the Nanibear who continued to support me in every decisions and wrong decisions I make. the Mae-maebear and Anton mama, I love you guys, you know what your presence did to my practices.

My family, granmom, the bubot bears and my siblings who are all crazy. For always believing in things that I cannot even make, it just counts.

I would also like to mention Lark, who donated the glass platter for the Mushroom Keeper.

I would like to say that my former CCA instructors who invited me into this passion for competition always inspires me. My mentors Chef May, Chef April and Chef Carol. And. To Chef Mike Yap and Chef Erika, whom I both terrify during culinary school days, your congratulations really made me cry at home the night of the competition. It felt that I learned something that day.

I'm so grateful that I have this wonderful support system. The practices were all from scratch, very tedious, very strict and very expensive. Errr. In the end, may it be a bronze, it felt so huge like a gold. All this people I mentioned gave me the warmest support, it is more than enough.

I will endlessly thank the supreme being, thank you for this challenge, you made me cross to the next level. You are amazing!

I would like to say that this has been a difficult time for me to go into competitions. The time is so consuming and stress in beyond crazy. I never thought I could end it like this, this fulfilling. My heart is full.
